岗位职责：

技术支持工程师

工作职责

1、根据客户需求，及时有效地为客户提供技术支持，解决客户问题；

2、参与渠道服务伙伴的管理与督导，全面提升客户满意度；

3、参与服务产品设计改善和服务品牌建设，为客户提供整合的服务体验解决方案（信息化、智慧实验室、精益咨询、临床价值传递等）。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，医学影像等医学类，生物医学工程、医学信息工程、机械电子工程等理工类，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全等计算机类，电子信息工程、通信工程等电子信息类专业；

2、通过大学英语四级或六级，流利的英语听说读写能力优先考虑；

3、国际技术支持工程师具备以下小语种优先考虑：俄语、日语、韩语、法语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、阿拉伯语；

4、动手能力强，具有良好的沟通理解和人际交往能力；

5、能适应一定频率的国内/国际出差。

1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Medical Imaging or other Medical disciplines, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Information Engineering, Electronic Information, Machinery, and other Engineering disciplines. Also, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, and other Computer disciplines, as well as Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, and other Electronic Information disciplines.

2、Fluency in English is preferred.

3、Preference will be given to International Technical Support Engineers who are proficient in one or more of the following languages: Russian, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic.

4、Strong execution abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills.

5、Comfortable with frequent travel.
